 2) Spa Day @ Home

Turn your bathroom into a Spa.

Stock up on your favorite candles, bath products, lotions, and potions.

Indulge in a warm bubble bath or hot-steamy shower.

Play music of choice. There are a lot of great music apps that will allow you to play radio stations by genres or create a custom play list --- whatever you like to set the Spa Mood. (Iva Mae’s Tip: Classical music is super cool during Spa Time)


3) Stay Active

Stretch. Walk. Jog. Run. Full Body Work-Out.

Choose what’s right for you; then make a plan and commit to staying active. Even if you just step outside for a little while to catch a fresh breeze, soak up the sun, and enjoy nature.


4)  Don’t forget your Fruits & Veggies

Add more fruits & veggies to your diet. Try different varieties, combinations, and new recipes. There are a lot of delicious creative recipes online. Search .... then try a few different recipes until you find the perfect one.


5) Read …. Study …. Practice ....

Read books, magazines, newspapers --- whatever you like. Get into a good book or catch up on current events going on around the world.

We always enjoy learning something new or working on a hobby and/or craft projects.

Sharpen and expand your skills/knowledge.
